Superflat concrete floor construction for Vietcombank logistics center and cash vault, requiring high durability, forklift load capacity and KARDEX automatic racking system.
Challenges
Superflat floor meeting FF50/FL35 standard for high-speed forklift operation. Required load capacity up to 5 tons/m². Coordination with automatic racking system installation to avoid deviations.
Solutions by Bach My Group
Used Laser Screed technology for superflat floor construction. Surface hardened with Liquid Hardener for increased abrasion resistance. Line marking and signal painting with high-strength Epoxy paint.
Results Achieved
Achieved superflat standard FF48/FL33, exceeding initial requirements. KARDEX racking system operated smoothly. Bach My Group was nominated by Vietcombank as main contractor for subsequent projects.
