Anti-static Epoxy floor construction project for LG Display screen manufacturing factory, with the highest technical requirements for static control and surface cleanliness (cleanroom).
Challenges
Cleanroom Class 10k - 100k required dust-free construction environment. Strict control of humidity and temperature during construction. ESD resistance had to remain stable over long periods.
Solutions by Bach My Group
Constructed under cleanroom conditions, using Epoxy ESD materials imported from Korea. Applied strict quality control process from surface preparation to post-construction curing.
Results Achieved
Met LGs most stringent cleanroom and ESD standards. Continued to be selected by LG for factory expansion projects in Hai Phong and neighboring provinces.
