Job Description
- Plan and organize construction of industrial flooring, waterproofing and coating works
- Monitor progress, quality and labor safety at construction sites
- Manage labor, materials, and construction machinery
- Prepare acceptance documents and project settlement
- Coordinate with investors, supervision consultants and relevant parties
- Report progress and arising issues to superiors
Requirements
- University degree in Civil and Industrial Construction or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in construction
- Preference for candidates with experience in industrial flooring, waterproofing or coating
- Good team management and communication skills
- Willing to travel to construction sites
- Having a construction practice certificate is an advantage
