Job Description
- Inspect and evaluate quality of incoming materials
- Advise on appropriate material selection for each project
- Research and develop new material solutions
- Provide technical support to construction teams on materials
- Manage material warehouse, ensure optimal inventory
- Work with suppliers to ensure quality and pricing
Requirements
- University degree in Construction Materials, Construction Chemistry or related fields
- At least 1 year of experience in construction materials
- Knowledgeable about concrete admixtures, waterproofing sealants, industrial paints
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Careful, meticulous and highly responsible
