Job Description
- Overall management of the company's construction projects
- Develop project plans, budgets and schedules
- Coordinate resources between departments and construction teams
- Ensure quality, progress and safety for all projects
- Manage contracts and settlements with investors
- Report project status to the Board of Directors
Requirements
- University degree in Construction, Construction Management or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Have project management practice certificate (Grade I, II or III)
- Excellent leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English is an advantage
- Preference for candidates with experience working with foreign investors
